Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Product Manager for OpenAI's Enterprise Identity to lead SSO, SCIM, and identity federation across OpenAI products. You will collaborate with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to design scalable identity solutions for enterprises, from startups to global firms.

The role is based in San Francisco with relocation assistance and a strong focus on trusted security and large-scale adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Analytical, user-focused, and able to ship high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise identity, including SSO/SCIM and admin controls.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design features meeting security and compliance needs.
• Evolve identity data models for complex organizations and administration models.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate identity across ChatGPT, API, and new surfaces.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and reliability.
