Job summary

OpenAI seeks an experienced Product Manager for its Enterprise Identity efforts. Lead SSO, SCIM, and federation across OpenAI products to securely manage users, data, and access in large organizations.

Based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available, you will collaborate with engineering, security, and GTM teams to deliver scalable identity foundations across product surfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Analytical, user-focused, and an excellent cross-functional communicator.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, and advanced admin controls.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces.
