Job summary

FactualIQ is seeking a Product Manager to design, develop, and deliver AI-powered workflows on the company’s Decision Engine. You will translate complex decision and data requirements into software specifications and drive hands-on configuration for production deployment.

You’ll work with engineering, data science, and client success teams to ensure secure, reliable solutions that align with enterprise decision-making. This role blends strategy and delivery across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software product management or client-facing roles.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and multi-agent architectures.
• Hands-on with AI/ML tech including LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Strong ability to translate workflows into product requirements and plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI-powered workflows built on FactualIQ’s Decision Engine.
• Translate client needs into software product specifications and configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and client success teams.
• Define requirements for configurations, tools, and workflows.
