Qualifications
- Experience managing engineered physical products, such as cables, connectors, or power products.
- Experience with pricing, margins, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for engineered electrical or connectivity products.
- Drive pricing strategy, margins, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Monitor orders, demand, inventory, pricing, and product performance to identify opportunities.
- Lead product launches, training, and market-development initiatives.
- Balance technical requirements with profitability and business priorities.
