Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC is seeking a Product Line Manager to own strategy, performance, and lifecycle management for an industrial controls portfolio. You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver manufacturable, profitable solutions and reliable delivery.

The role manages industrial control panels, motor control solutions, and automation-related assemblies, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and market-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product line strategy, positioning, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Assess market trends, customer requirements, and applicable industrial control applications.
• Identify opportunities for new products, standard configurations, upgrades, and product rationalization.
• Translate voice-of-customer input into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Partner with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering on panel designs, configurations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales on product positioning, quotations, and commercial alignment.
• Support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability initiatives.
