Job summary

ESO seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead EMS and fire-domain products, guiding from ideation through release. You’ll blend AI-enabled workflows with stakeholder collaboration to drive value across multiple teams and departments.

The role emphasizes backlog stewardship, strategic trade-offs, and measurable outcomes, with a strong focus on safety-critical software used by public agencies in the US.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of product management, product ownership, or backlog ownership experience.
  • Experience in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EMS/fire domains you own.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned teams/domains reflecting business value.
  • Communicate product vision and business value of features to stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools to draft user stories and acceptance criteria; review for accuracy.
  • Triaging requests, bugs, and enhancements based on value and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Executives.
  • Manage releases as a collection of new features and technical improvements.
  • Create enablement docs and playbooks for internal teams.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and align with Engineering leadership.
