Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Utah seeks a Product Manager to own discovery and definition for Studies Weekly Online, identifying high-impact problems for teachers, students, and administrators and testing solutions with customers before guiding the Technology department. You will deliver validated epics and stories to engineers, measured by clear outcomes and ROI data.

You will collaborate with educators and engineers, use Jira/Tableau, and communicate opportunities to the Executive team while contributing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Experience with market research and competitive analyses.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, validation, and prioritization of epics, features, and stories for the backlog.
• Gather stakeholder input, run customer interviews, and present ROI data to inform backlog.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to evaluate feasibility and define roadmaps.
• Travel several times a year for customer interviews and conferences.
