Title: Product Manager – Digital Retail

Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Retail to join our client’s growing Digital Product Management team. This role will support high-impact initiatives within eCommerce and digital retail experiences. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering technology-driven business solutions through close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders. The position will lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to rollout, ensuring quality, functionality, and user adoption in a cross-functional agile environment. What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Manage the full product lifecycle across project design, scope, quality, budget, timeline, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to define business requirements and product strategy.
- Partner with developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Oversee test plans and ensure defect-free product delivery prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Lead UAT processes and coordinate rollout plans, training, and support procedures.
- Track and manage project budgets, resources, risks, and scope changes.
- Drive alignment through effective stakeholder communication and presentations to steering committees.
- Ensure best practices across systems development, Agile workflows, and project governance.
What Qualifications You Need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree a plus
- Certified Product Manager (AIPMM or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product or project management
- 3–5 years of product management experience in a digital retail or eCommerce setting strongly preferred
- Proven success managing the full product lifecycle in digital retail or eCommerce environments
- Experience delivering business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform settings
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
- Strong risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated adaptability, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Experience with the following tools/platforms:
- Azure DevOps
- Figma
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
