This role will drive the definition and implementation of enterprise planning solutions—particularly around item-level financial planning across seasons or fiscal years—with the goal of supporting $MM revenue targets.

This is a fully remote position with optional on-site collaboration in Deerfield or Chicago, and offers a high-impact opportunity to lead mission-critical initiatives centered on strategic and operational planning alignment.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • Own end-to-end product management of MFP tools and capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Anaplan implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and vendor teams to translate merchandising and financial planning processes into scalable digital solutions.
  • Define and document detailed business and system requirements to support top-down and bottom-up financial planning.
  • Manage third-party partnerships (e.g., Anaplan, system integrators) and coordinate solution design, configuration, and rollout.
  • Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
  • Oversee tool implementation, training, change management, and user adoption strategies.
  • Prioritize features and improvements in coordination with engineering teams to deliver iterative value to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the product point of contact across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with enterprise-level goals in merchandising, finance, and operations.

  • Strong domain expertise in Retail and Merchandising Financial Planning (MFP)—particularly in product lifecycle and unit-level forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with or implementation of Anaplan or similar financial planning platforms (strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead third-party tool rollouts from planning through to adoption in a business-critical environment.
  • Proficiency in gathering and validating requirements, stakeholder engagement, and communication across technical and business functions.
