Job summary

First American is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Operations & Readiness to manage client digital experiences from implementation through ongoing product management. You will lead operational readiness across ServiceMac's digital portfolio and collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver and continuously improve customer-facing solutions.

You will contribute by aligning roadmaps with Sales, Marketing, Development and clients, and by defining requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years' experience in product or services development.

Responsibilities

• Assignments centered on an assigned product or product line.
• Collects information on customers needs and desires through market research.
• Translates product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Monitors progress of the product roadmap with Sales, Marketing, Development and clients.
• Defines high level customer requirements for the experience, features and pricing.
• Assesses market competition by comparing products with competitors.
• Other duties as assigned.
