Job summary

CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. You will perform market analysis, define requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-value digital health solutions.

You will drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, gather stakeholder input, and develop training for sales and support teams. A background in healthcare technology and Agile/Scrum is essential.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in product management or healthcare tech.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development processes.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for CGM’s software.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver features.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iterate.
