Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.**Your Contribution:*** **Product Strategy:** Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM’s software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.* **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.* **Requirement Definition:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.* **Project Management:** Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.* Tra**ining:** Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers.**Your Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology.
