Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Commodity Manager to ensure timely execution from harvest to shipping.
• Prepare and present reports on harvest and sales activities with performance metrics.
• Collaborate with departments to understand their business needs and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records of harvest and customer performance for process improvement.
• Stay updated on market supply trends and industry best practices to inform sales strategies.
• Provide short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and analyses for management.
• Adjust inventory levels and production schedules to facilitate turnover and availability.
• Determine product pricing using market research and cost data.
• Adjust Inventory Item levels in MS AX to support customer demand daily.
• Provide commodity and item-level demand and inventory data to sales teams.
