Job summary

Mendocino Farms is hiring a Demand Management Analyst for Base Camp Home Office in Plano, TX. You will develop forecasts, analyze data, and partner with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches and maintain strong fill rates.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will own the demand planning process for categories across food and operations and maintain item-level data and dashboards in Arrowstream. Collaboration across teams is critical to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demand planning experience.
• Experience with multi-unit restaurant or foodservice distribution is a plus.
• Proficient in analysis and forecasting methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand planning process for categories across food and operations.
• Create forecasts and updates for distribution and sourcing teams.
• Maintain item-level data and dashboards in Arrowstream.
• Track performance with distribution and sourcing teams.
• Develop reports and planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
