Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Product Manager - Data Platforms to define and execute data capabilities powering Connected Health products and analytics. You will work across digital health apps, surgical technologies, smart implants, connected devices, and enterprise systems.

You will partner with software, data science, cybersecurity, privacy, clinical, regulatory, and business teams to develop scalable data products and platform capabilities, translating complex concepts into a clear platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, data science, healthcare informatics, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of product management, data products, digital health, healthcare technology, or related field experience is required.
• Experience defining and managing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans for data platforms or APIs.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle from strategy to post-market optimization.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and operations is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connected Health product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Define data capabilities to support ingestion, storage, processing, governance, APIs, and analytics.
• Conduct user research and journey mapping to find opportunities for patients, surgeons, and care teams.
• Analyze market trends to inform product positioning and long-term strategy.
• Drive ideation, prioritization, and roadmap planning balancing innovation and execution.
• Develop business cases, briefs, and requirements translating needs into development plans.
• Collaborate with UX, data science, software, clinical, regulatory, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver products.
• Manage scope and prioritization to meet roadmap commitments while aligning with outcomes.
• Partner with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute to best practices and promote collaborative culture across teams.
