Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, data science, healthcare informatics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, data products, digital health, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience defining and managing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans for data platforms and analytics products.
• Proven ability to drive full lifecycle from strategy to launch and post-market optimization.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of the Connected Health product strategy and roadmap.
• Define shared data capabilities for ingestion, integration, storage, processing, governance, interoperability, APIs, reporting, and analytics.
• Conduct user research and journey mapping to identify opportunities that improve patient and clinician experiences.
• Analyze market trends to inform product positioning and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver products from concept to global launch.
• Manage scope and prioritization to ensure timely roadmap delivery.
• Partner with marketing to define positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute to product management best practices and cross-team collaboration.
