Job summary

Carbon Arc is seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute the evolution of its product suite, spanning workflows, discovery, and value realization from data assets and usage-based platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Research & Intelligence, GTM, and Compliance to define product direction and deliver high-quality experiences across core platform capabilities, balancing strategic thinking with execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping SaaS or data-centric products.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
• Strong UX quality bar from systems to user experience.
• Data-driven with metrics, data models, and customer feedback.
• Growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback.
• Collaborative style enabling alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and deliver high-quality experiences across workflows and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape a data-driven product roadmap grounded in customer needs and feasibility.
• Work hands-on across the lifecycle from requirements to UX refinement and customer workflows.
• Champion customer perspective and reduce friction in products.
• Use data and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and improvements.
