Job summary

Castellum.AI is seeking a Product Manager for Data to own the data platform, sanctions lists, PEP data, and ingestion pipelines. You will define data quality targets and drive end-to-end data source integrations, partnering with engineering and GTM to ensure customer value.

The role focuses on improving data accuracy, coverage, and match quality while collaborating with sales and solutions engineering. Fully remote within US EST hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management in B2B SaaS, fintech, compliance tech or data/platform products.
• Hands-on in an early-stage startup and able to figure things out.
• Execute and deliver with engineering to ship on time and add value.
• Commit to MVP sequencing over scope.
• Value AI tools and assess model tradeoffs carefully.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate quickly, respectfully and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Own data platform and pipelines: sanctions lists, watchlists, PEP data and ingestion.
• Define data quality targets: coverage, accuracy, deduplication, freshness.
• Own match quality: false positives and true positives recall.
• Scope, spec, test, and accept new data sources with stakeholders.
• Evaluate third‑party data partners and integrations.
• Bridge to sales and customers: trials, onboarding, and roadmap feedback.
• Collaborate with GTM to provide context and insights for the product.
