Job summary

Crunchafi is seeking a Product Manager to grow our Data Extraction product for accountants and finance professionals. You’ll work with customers, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to identify problems, craft solutions, and deliver capabilities that standardize and analyze financial data from various ERP systems.

You’ll drive discovery through delivery, partner on data mappings and integrations, and translate complex workflows into simple, scalable product experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, preferably with B2B SaaS or accounting/fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial data and accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product capabilities from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Interview Audit, FDD/TAS, and accounting professionals to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Improve how the product retrieves, standardizes, validates, and delivers financial data across ERPs.
• Identify opportunities to extract more value from collected data through analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build usable, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Stay informed on accounting tech trends, AI, and automation to improve workflows.
