Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to own Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, linking financial data to business decisions. You will surface friction, partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product, and work with ERP/CPQ systems to optimize data and BI opportunities.

You will drive non-technical business requirements, collaborate with engineering and delivery managers, and ensure accurate downstream data for complex financial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Solid grasp of accounting terminology and contract lifecycle (ASC 606).
• Experience with ERP/CPQ systems and data flows into BI.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
• Link operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities and data needs.
• Author PRDs, roadmaps, and business requirements with TDMs and engineering teams.
• Ensure quoting, deals, billing, and revenue recognition are reflected in downstream data.
