Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to translate end-user needs into actionable features across its data-centric platform. You will work with operations, development, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver features that drive growth and improve data products, including AI initiatives and the requirement-intake process.

You will contribute to planning for product requirements, functional specs, acceptance criteria, test cases, and quarterly process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills.
• Ability to document business/functional requirements and use cases.
• Experience managing projects through the SDLC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to interface with internal stakeholders.
• Experience reading and writing SQL.

Responsibilities

• Understand high-level strategic initiatives and translate inputs into buildable features with clear benefits.
• Communicate plans and decisions effectively.
• Collaborate with developers to break down requirements into tasks with clear functional requirements/acceptance criteria.
• Assist QA in identifying test cases to ensure coverage and code quality.
• Provide ongoing feedback to development, identify bugs and assist in resolution.
• Complete functional testing and sign off features for end-user verification.
• Develop processes and tools to track usage trends and inform future plans.
