What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Data Platform development process from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Prioritize incoming requests from business leaders, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Develop a roadmap for product areas and utilize data-driven insights to define strategy and deliver on vision
- Manage the entire Data Platform product development lifecycle, including research, design, implementation, and post-launch maintenance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare information security best practices and HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA or Masters in Computer Science preferred)
- 3-5 years of product management and/or technology experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Experience with modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- 1+ years of experience programming in SQL
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment (SCRUM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Marketing and CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data warehouse concepts and tools
- Healthcare experience is a plus
