What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Data Platform development process from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prioritize incoming requests from business leaders and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Develop a roadmap for product ownership, using data insights to guide strategy
- Manage the entire Data Platform product development lifecycle, from research to post-launch maintenance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare information security best practices, including adherence to HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA or Masters in Computer Science preferred)
- 3-5 years of product management and/or technology experience, preferably for an e-commerce property
- Experience with modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- 1+ years of experience programming in SQL
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment (SCRUM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Marketing and CRM technologies (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with business intelligence and data warehouse concepts and tools
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Mature interpersonal skills to guide interactions across various business functions
