Schaeffler CZ s.r.o. is seeking graduates for a full-time role in Marketing & Product Management. You will develop programs, plans and measures to drive business performance across product life cycles and coordinate product launches.

The position requires a university or high school degree, strong Excel/data tools skills, and business-fluent English. Travel readiness and intercultural openness are valued as you collaborate with global teams.

• Develop programs, plans and measures to boost business performance across product life cycle.
• Monitor product portfolio, coordinate developments, launches, relaunches.
• Coordinate external benchmarking and use market intelligence for new opportunities.
• Create and optimize marketing plans and operational measures for product positioning.
• Collaborate with RandD to discuss trends and customer needs.
• Visit customers to ensure offerings meet customer needs.

Job description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop the programs, plans and measures to drive business performance at all stages of the product life cycle, for products or product line assigned.
• Monitor product portfolio of managed product lines, initiate and coordinate developments, launches, re-launches, etc..
• Coordinate external benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
• Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
• Maintain a strong cooperation with the RandD department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
• Visit customers (if required) and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure product lines and products meet customer needs.

Your Qualifications

• High school or University degree preferred Technical but not obligatory
• Full capability in using Microsoft office tools, main focus on Excel and data tools
• Open minded and willing to learn
• Data-driven analytical thinking skills
• High level of communications and presentation skills
• High ability to cope with pressure, mobility, flexibility, and the willingness for changes
