Job description

Position Overview
Brava by ATN is seeking a Product Manager, Cybersecuritywho will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our B2B cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market analysis, product roadmap development, and performance measurement. Prioritize features and enhancements to deliver maximum value.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, vendor ecosystems, and the competitive landscape. Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure our products address their cybersecurity requirements.
  • Product Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and oversee the development process. Ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, performance monitoring, maturity assessments, and intentional phasing out transitions. Conduct P&L analysis to drive profitability.
  • Communication:Articulate the product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Foster strong relationships to support product success.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators to. Evaluate product success. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Bachelor of Science in business, management, information technology, computer science, or in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    • Experience in scaling product success, empowering business development, and removing obstacles to commercial success.
    • History of engaging customers directly to gather valuable insights for research and product feedback, ensuring that their needs and preferences are accurately understood and addressed.
  • Certifications:
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards with preferred candidates holding CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CISA, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications.
  • Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of B2B cybersecurity strategies, encompassing customer needs, vendor landscape, and market trends.
    • Proven track record in product development and product management, particularly in managed services.
  • Skills:
    • Transformational Leadership: Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive positive change with an optimistic outlook.
    • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
    • Strategic Vision: Capability to identify business opportunities, synergies, and value propositions across different portfolios or business segments.
    • Proactivity: Initiative to identify and pursue opportunities independently. Demonstrates a proactive approach to driving projects to completion.
    • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to help others and seek assistance when needed.

Location

  • Ideal candidates will be located in the Miami, Florida area, the Cayman Islands, or in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
  • We are open to considering candidates for remote work located in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
  • This is a single open position that can be filled by a candidate based either in the U.S. or internationally.
