Job summary
Gateway Group Personnel seeks a Product Manager for a global technology manufacturer in Memphis, TN. You will lead the development and lifecycle management of consumer appliance products, guiding planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to create compelling products and experiences.
The role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills, prioritization of multiple product developments, and delivering customer-focused product support materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of applicable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and complete new product planning sheets with specs, timelines, costs and competitor analyses.
- Develop and prepare product support items such as operation & installation instructions and literature.
- Maintain detailed development schedules (Gantt charts) for tooling, samples and materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during project development for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare for new product release meetings to resolve Marketing/Sales/Product Planning issues.
- Participate in pilot run, preproduction reviews and launch readiness meetings.
