Job summary

BEKO Technologies Corporation, based at our Atlanta headquarters, seeks a Product Manager to drive lifecycle management and growth for assigned product lines. You will own pricing, profitability, and strategic roadmaps while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams through BEKO's stage-gate process, ensuring on-time, within-budget launches that align with strategic objectives and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical discipline is desirable but not required.
• 3+ years of product management, product marketing, engineering, or related experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technical product environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and new product development initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience conducting market analysis, pricing strategy development, and business case creation.
• Familiarity with ECM and NPD processes; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle management of assigned product lines from market introduction through end-of-life.
• Develop and execute product strategies, positioning, and roadmaps aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product enhancements and customer-specific requirements.
• Monitor market trends, requirements, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and risks; own pricing and profitability targets.
• Lead new product development through BEKO's stage-gate process and coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time launches.
