Great Plains Manufacturing, based in Salina, KS, is hiring a Product Manager to drive product strategy and lifecycle management for our CE Attachments line. You will work with customers, dealers, sales, engineering, and internal teams to identify market needs and deliver profitable growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in product-related roles, a strong customer focus, and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, agriculture, construction, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Experience with construction equipment, attachments, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability to gather and analyze customer, market, competitor, and product information and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, dealers, sales teams, engineers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable spending time with customers and dealers in the field and developing a practical understanding of equipment applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Identify market requirements and customer needs for assigned product lines.
• Gather and analyze customer, industry, and competitive information.
• Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities for new products and improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Engineering and Product Development.
• Support product planning, scheduling, and market requirements for new products.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Follow Great Plains Manufacturing policies and OSHA safety regulations.
