Great Plains Manufacturing, a Kubota subsidiary, seeks an Engineering Supervisor in Salina, KS to lead the CE Attachments Strategic Project Group. This on-site role oversees engineers, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures timely delivery of new products and cost-reduction efforts.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background in construction/heavy equipment and proven leadership to coordinate multi-department projects and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience in construction/heavy agricultural equipment.
• 2+ years supervising cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with CAD tools (Creo, CATIA, Windchill) and FEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategic Project Group to identify and execute engineering initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects from concept through production.
• Drive cost reduction and value engineering across CE Attachments.
• Develop plans, resources, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Advance technology development, product innovation, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sourcing.
