Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing, a Kubota subsidiary, seeks a Product Manager for the Construction Equipment (CE) Attachments line based in Salina, KS. You will drive product strategy, coordinate with customers, dealers, sales, engineering, and other teams to identify market needs and growth opportunities.

You will manage the product lifecycle, help define requirements, support pricing decisions, and assist with launches, training, and collateral for dealers and sales staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management, product development, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, dealers, sales teams, and engineers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Define market requirements and customer needs for assigned product lines.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and gaps in the product offering.
• Collaborate with senior Product Management to plan new products and improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Engineering and Product Development.
• Support product launches with information, tools, training, and dealer resources.
• Travel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, and dealers.
