Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management within the lighting industry, commercial/industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and DLC standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to address both technical specifications and marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and independently.
• Proficiency in using project management and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product strategies for commercial and industrial lighting solutions.
• Ensure regulatory standards and DLC qualifications are met.
