Job summary

Highmark Health in Salt Lake City seeks a product leader to define the product’s value proposition, outline the vision, and drive execution with key partners. You will attend sprint reviews with the Delivery team and align priorities across the organization.

You’ll lead large cross-functional meetings, conduct data discovery to identify clinical data assets with the highest value, and own the product backlog with input from internal and partner teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Experience with EHR clinical data is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling and clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC).

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize with inputs from internal and partner teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and data discovery to identify high-value clinical data assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
