Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Product Lead for the Client Dashboard workstream to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to collaborate with Client Engagement, Operations, Sales, Service, Reporting, Analytics, Product, Design, and Technology teams.   • Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap and prioritized team backlog.
  • Strong understanding of data, reporting, analytics, or product metrics to support business decisions.

Job Description
  • Serve as the Product Lead for the Client Dashboard workstream.
  • Define and communicate the short-term and long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Meet with Client Engagement, Client Operations, Sales, Service, Reporting, Analytics, Product, Design, and Technology stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Identify the information clients and internal colleagues need to understand client health, operational performance, strategic priorities, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into intuitive dashboard features, reporting experiences, workflows, and scalable digital capabilities.
  • Partner with design and business stakeholders to incorporate the client perspective into the dashboard experience.
  • Own and maintain the team backlog, including features, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
  • Lead refinement sessions and ensure the engineering team has clear business context and requirements.
  • Review completed user stories and validate that delivered functionality meets the documented acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with engineering and partner teams during testing, release, deployment, and post-release activities.
  • Set direction for planning increments and provide transparency into priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.
  • Establish OKRs and KPIs related to dashboard adoption, client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, product health, and business value.
  • Monitor usage, performance, and customer feedback to identify problems and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Incorporate product learnings and stakeholder feedback into future backlog priorities.
  • Lead product demonstrations and present dashboard capabilities and progress to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Help establish effective team practices while coaching and supporting junior team members

Skills and Requirements
  • 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, project management, consulting, IT, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience working in Agile product development.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap and prioritized team backlog.
  • Experience translating business and user needs into:
    • Digital product capabilities
    • Dashboard or reporting requirements
    • Product features
    • User stories
    • Detailed acceptance criteria
  • Strong understanding of how data, reporting, analytics, or product metrics can be used to support business decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams that may include business stakeholders, engineering, design, architecture, operations, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ability to identify critical user information needs and prioritize features based on business value and customer outcomes.
  • Experience managing dependencies, planning increments, testing, releases, and post-release product activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate a product vision and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
