Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, product management or brand marketing in consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear product briefs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap for cast iron and carbon steel; review market opportunities and prioritize new products.
• Track market trends, competitor launches, and pricing to stay ahead.
• Build business cases for new cookware initiatives with opportunity sizing and prioritization.
• Drive ongoing product improvements and quality across the existing line.
• Provide product knowledge support to Sales and Customer Service; resolve issues.
