Responsibilities

• Own category roadmap for cast iron and carbon steel cookware, aligning with VP of Product Development.
• Translate strategy into clear product briefs and requirements for design and production feasibility.
• Manage timelines and stage-gate milestones for active cookware projects with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans and packaging education tools.
• Support Sales and Customer Service with product knowledge and issue resolution.
