Smithey Ironware Company is seeking a proactive Product Manager to own the accessories category and lead cross-category projects that extend the brand beyond core cookware. You will drive products from concept to launch, collaborating with design, sourcing and manufacturing to ensure quality, performance and brand integrity.

The role requires a strong foundation in product development, collaboration across teams, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, product management, or brand marketing.
• Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the accessories category, driving from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Design, Innovation, Sourcing, and Manufacturing on development and feasibility.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans and packaging/education tools.
• Support cross-category projects and brand partnerships as needed.
• Serve as the category expert and assist Sales and Customer Service with product knowledge.
