Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry, ideally in cardiovascular or catheter-based solutions.
• Experience in a CDMO environment with extrusion, molding, assembly, or finished devices is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, pricing strategies, and commercial drivers.
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy for cardiovascular and structural heart segments.
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market position.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to commercialization using market feedback and data.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing for execution.
• Influence manufacturing processes across extrusion, molding, assembly, and finished devices.
• Conduct market intelligence to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities.
