Clair is seeking a Product Manager in New York City to help bring a new embedded fintech product to life. You will work on a product from private beta, shaping it from concept to live experience, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and regulatory teams to balance user needs with business constraints.

The role emphasizes ambiguity-to-action, fast learning, and owning the product from problem identification through launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, building new products or features from the ground up.
• Experience in consumer fintech, neobanking, or financial services is preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and moving quickly in uncertain environments.
• Strong product instincts with a bias toward testing and learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define opportunities for Clair products and experiences.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to move from concept to experiment to product.
• Build, test, learn, and iterate quickly, balancing speed with thoughtful execution.
• Balance user needs with partner priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with go-to-market teams to identify unmet needs and develop new concepts.
• Develop deep understanding of Clair users through data, research, and feedback.
• Work with data teams to evaluate product performance and inform decisions.
• Partner with design and support to create intuitive experiences for users.
