Job summary

Clair, based in New York City, is seeking a Product Manager to help bring Clair's next product to life. You will join early in the journey to shape how an idea moves from concept to a real-world product within our embedded fintech platform.

You'll work with engineering, design, data, regulatory, and commercial teams to balance user needs with partner priorities in a regulated environment, moving quickly while learning fast. This hybrid NYC role requires coming into the office three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in consumer fintech or regulated financial services preferred.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating momentum without full roadmaps.
• Strong product instincts and ability to articulate a clear vision for a product.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new Clair products and experiences.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to move concepts to experiments and products.
• Build, test, learn, and iterate quickly with a focus on user experience and business needs.
• Partner with regulatory, finance, and go-to-market teams to navigate requirements.
