Groupe SEB, a global leader in small domestic and professional equipment, seeks a Product Manager in Irvine, CA to shape strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Curtis beverage equipment portfolios. You will identify opportunities, evolve platforms, and translate insights into profitable products, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and global R&D teams across regions.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience, bilingual Mandarin/English, and a strong data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product or program management experience.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required for collaboration with engineering and supplier partners in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and evaluation of new product categories and drive launches.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and requirements for Curtis beverage equipment portfolios.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and global R&D to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build knowledge of customer activities through field visits and market research to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead cross-functional development with engineering, sourcing, design, quality, operations and global R&D teams.
