Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Fountain Technical Product Manager to guide the roadmap for beverage dispensing products, bridging customers, marketing, and engineering to ensure market-fit, performance, and long-term commercial success.

You will act as a technical liaison with a strong emphasis on safety and certification standards (UL, NSF, CE). This is an IC role with high visibility across the organization, operating in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic execution.
• Experience writing or contributing to technical specifications and product docs.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, and certification standards (UL/NSF/CE).

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop or improve fountain beverage products.
• Translate market needs into clear product specs and roadmaps.
• Build business cases for fountain equipment features and scope.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to keep programs on track.
• Define technical requirements meeting customer and business performance targets.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs meet standards and feasibility.
• Support service and warranty teams in resolving product issues while preserving performance.
