Zusammenfassung

PayPal Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, development, launch and ongoing management of merchant and consumer savings deposit products.

You will translate the Bank’s approved business plan into executable product strategies, requirements, and customer journeys, coordinating with Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Servicing and affiliate providers to ensure viability and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing deposit products in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Knowledge of merchant/small-business and consumer savings products; pricing/funding.

Aufgaben

• Own product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned to the product vision.
• Implement an architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory requirements, and time-to-market.
• Define customer experience and product requirements as input to decision making.
• Monitor usability, research and market analysis to inform product success.
• Manage workstreams for analytics, discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
• Track product profitability and budget; participate in governance and reviews.
• Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and UX researchers.
