Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, launch and ongoing management of PayPal Bank’s Merchant and Consumer Savings deposit products. You will translate the Bank’s approved plan into actionable product requirements, customer journeys, and launch criteria, collaborating with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and service providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Knowledge of merchant/small-business and consumer deposit products, pricing, funding, transfers, servicing, and lifecycle management; experience with deposit structures is a plus
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, governance reviews, control assessments, and regulatory response activities

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Controls for customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision making.
• Monitors metrics informing product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Manages workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Participates in product and operating reviews and governance interfaces with leadership.
• Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and UX researchers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
