Job summary

PayPal Bank in Utah seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, launch and ongoing management of Merchant and Consumer Savings deposit products. You translate the Bank’s plan into executable product requirements and work with Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Servicing, and affiliate providers to ensure products are customer-focused and financially viable.

The role maintains clear product accountability, supports governance and examination

Qualifications

• Recent demonstrated experience managing deposit products within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with product strategy, pricing, customer experience, servicing, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross functional stakeholders.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory needs and profitability.
• Monitors customer experience and product performance metrics.
• Manages workstreams for analytics, market research and competitive analysis.
• Supports governance, product reviews and risk oversight.
