Job summary
Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst (individual contributor) to drive cross-team development for modernizing Money Movement infrastructure. You will lead integration into backend systems and define requirements across experiences to support Digital development.
You will document and align stakeholders on key elements of the Digital experience, including changes to existing experiences and architectural changes for digital integrations with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience delivering product requirements for strategic programs.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical architecture into digital requirements.
- Strong communication and collaborative team skills.
- Experience in Agile development and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and deliver product requirements for digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and client services.
- Document product requirements and processes for technology and product teams.
