Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Product Manager (individual contributor) to support the Digital Payments & Move Money (DPMM) functions across web and mobile. You will manage products, run scrum activities, and contribute to discovery, data integration, and cross-team architecture analysis.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, operations, compliance, and risk to deliver client-focused digital experiences on Schwab.com and mobile apps, shaping the future of money movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis with discovery and strategy execution.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and Agile development.
• Relationship builder across levels and organizations.
• Strong process management, analytical and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product(s) on the Digital Payments & Move Money team across web and mobile channels.
• Support product discovery, cross-team data integration and metrics.
• Coordinate architecture analysis and cross-product initiatives.
• Run acceptance criteria and user stories within Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with design, technology, operations, compliance and risk teams.
• Support broader product team and learn the landscape of Transfer & Pay Retail experiences.
