Job summary

ScaleOps is seeking its first Product Manager in the USA to shape the future of our platform and company. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and customers to drive ideation, development, and delivery of features that solve deep technical challenges for DevOps, SREs, and platform teams.

You’ll own a strategic area, translate needs into clear features, and lead customer discovery while defining KPIs and scalable product processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products.
• Technical background or ability to work with engineering-heavy teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to build from zero.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering real value.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic domain of our platform, and define and deliver the product roadmap.
• Translate customer needs, technical requirements, and business goals into clear, well-scoped product features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define, spec, and deliver features in an agile environment.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Build and implement product processes and best practices as the first product manager.
• Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of infrastructure product trends.
• Influence product strategy and company direction as a key member of the team.
