Job summary

Lumos is building the first Autonomous Identity Platform that surfaces and acts on access risk for apps, identities, and data. As Product Manager, Access Reviews, you’ll own the next chapter—from user stories to outcomes—shipping agent-first reviews and expanding to identity and non-human identities.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and customers, report to the Head of Product, and drive strategy, quarterly plans, and measurable impact across our access governance product line.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a customer-facing product with real business impact.
• Experience with compliance, audit, governance or risk workflows.
• Shipped AI into production workflows with trust and explainability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic core of the product: configure, scope, launch and run reviews via API and MCP.
• Enable autonomous decisioning with clear reasoning where needed and trusted reviewer experience.
• Expand review scope to identity-centric and non-human identities and AI agents.
• Own the strategy and quarterly plan for the product surface, balancing coverage and depth.
• Ensure the delivered product provides defensible, audit-ready evidence for real audits.
• Collaborate directly with customers, prospects and field teams to inform product decisions.
