Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Product Manager for Audit & Tax Systems responsible for end-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, and adoption across engagement, workflow, document, and review platforms.

You will translate practice needs into scalable designs and collaborate with practice leaders, finance, and legal to ensure value, risk mitigation, and ongoing system health across the audit and tax service lines. This role may involve multiple US offices and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, AIS, IS Management, Finance, CS, or related field; 5+ years in audit/tax or product management.
• Experience with audit/tax platforms (Caseware, CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) preferred.
• CPA license or candidacy, or equivalent engagement/support experience.
• Familiarity with Jira and project management tools; knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Act as product manager for assigned audit and tax platforms.
• Develop system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans.
• Balance priorities across engagement teams, QC, and leadership.
• Plan system lifecycle upgrades and retirement of legacy tools.
• Measure utilization and drive adoption improvements.
