Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Product Manager for Audit & Tax Systems to own end‑to‑end lifecycle, roadmaps, and adoption. Lead platforms like Caseware and CCH Axcess, aligning with practice leaders on value, quality, and compliance across multiple U.S. offices.

Build system roadmaps, coordinate with engagement, workflow, and delivery teams, and influence security, contracts, and documentation retention. 109k–146k USD; remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, AIS, Finance, CS, or related field plus 5+ years in audit/tax or product roles.
• Experience translating practice needs into scalable system designs and workflows.
• CPA license or candidacy, or equivalent experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager for audit and tax platforms (Caseware, CCH Axcess, etc.).
• Develop roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans across the tech stack.
• Balance priorities across engagement teams, QC, and leadership.
• Plan lifecycle stages for upgrades and consolidation of tools.
• Partner with leaders to define outcomes and success criteria.
• Drive adoption strategy from rollout to reinforcement across the practice.
• Coordinate cross‑functional impacts and vendor engagements.
• Measure usage and value, identify rationalization opportunities.
